In this workshop you will experience the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. Learn some of the practices, ask questions and decide if mindfulness is for you.
Start to integrate mindfulness in your own life during our 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program.
MBSR is an 8-week evidence based, experiential program designed to provide participants with intensive, systematic training in mindfulness, learning what is to be discovered and in the process integrating the practices into their daily lives.

I offer 1:1 coaching over (typically) 6-12 months, with timing, duration and frequency to suit your personal preferences and availability. My skill lay in my ability to explore your life with you, objectively, asking the right questions, having the right tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself. Then take action and then keep you accountable until you reach your desired goal. Once you know how, you can’t unknowing it, so you you have these tools and skills for the rest of your life!
