The World Health Organization (WHO) defines life skills as “competencies and interpersonal skills that help us make informed decisions, solve problems, think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, empathize with others, and cope with and manage our lives in a healthy and productive manner.”

The Mindfulness thought Wellness programs was designed to help “move the bell curve of our society toward greater sanity and wellbeing,” (Kabat Zin) because we all deserve to live in peace and ease. Mindfulness, like other life skills, can help you thrive no matter what is going on around you.
